Book Box Club: Mermaids & Myths Unboxing

I am so excited to share my unboxing of the October 2021 Book Box Club Box.

I have been subscribed to book box club for over two years now! It’s a fab monthly book box. It always has a really interesting featured read plus lots of lovely bookish goodies. Personally it’s my favourite box in terms of items. They’re always beautiful and the books always come with a signed bookplate.

The other reason this box is my favourite is the author book club. I still can’t believe we get to chat to the actual authors. It’s a lovely online community with no stress as it’s a live messenger type of meeting.

The first item is this beautiful mermaids and myths travel mug by Jaana Heiska. Tea themed items are always a winner with me!

Next up we have this delicious bath fizzer by Little Heart gifts. Who doesn’t love a splash in the bath? Especially with something as gorgeous as this. Just remember to remove the hoards of bath toys first!

I absolutely love this lovely little wooden pin by pin and ink. It will brighten up any bag or jacket.

Keeping my toes cosy this winter with these super soft socks by Joe Cool. This lovely mermaid tale pen has already been stolen by Eilidh my own little mermaid. The joys of opening the box when she’s around!

And finally last but definitely not least is this month’s featured read, Skin of the Sea

by Natasha Bowen. I am looking forward to diving into this with a nice big cup of tea. I will share my review of the book on here once I’ve read it!
