The Theft of Sunlight by Intisar Khanani

Absolutely exhilarating from start to finish! Back into the world of Thorn, initially I thought it would be hard to live in the world from a different perspective but Rae is strong, intelligent and captivating.

I loved that the book tackled some serious issues and themes whilst still being warm and accessible. Rae is the definition of a role model for any young person.

As you read the book you become a part of Tarinon. You can hear, see and smell everything around you. The vivid imagery keeps you well within reach of the main events.

A very well written and easy to follow story this book is a must read for everyone!

However I think the only way to forgive the cliffhanger is for a certain thief to visit Sheltershorn!
